If you are a person who, while in California, during the period from January 31, 2023, through January 13, 2024, inclusive, made a telephone call to Walgreen Co.’s (“Walgreens”) toll-free telephone number (877) 250-5823 from a telephone with a California area code, and whose call was recorded, you may be a Class Member.
Please note that you may make only one (1) claim, regardless of the number of calls you made to Walgreens. The Claims Administrator has access to records which may be used to verify the accuracy of claims.
To receive a settlement payment, Class Members must file a Claim Form by August 18, 2026.
To start your online claim form, you must login with your Login ID and PIN. You can find your Login ID and PIN at the top of the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID and PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@CaliforniaCallRecordingSettlement.com. Please request your ID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online or by email is August 18, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than August 18, 2026.
